Meet Dave Reese

Dave joined the Tim Allen Properties Team in 2023 and brings his experience as an effective agent, problem-solver, connector, and people person. Born and raised in Southern California, he spent the first 25 years of his life by and in the Pacific Ocean. He and his wife then moved to Colorado and spent the next 25 years by and in the Rocky Mountains. High-end property management brought him to the Carmel Highlands in 2018 and he was smitten by the beautiful mountain/ocean landscape, stunning architecture, and unique ethos of the area.

Dave is passionate about real estate and helping connect people and properties. An avid and life-long learner, Dave holds a master’s degree in theology, has traveled and taught all over the world, and served as a senior pastor for almost 20 years. When time permits, he still enjoys hiking and trail running, surfing, and SUP boarding. He and Elke have been married for over 30 years. They have four amazing children and one beautiful grandchild. Dave is humbled to be working on the Tim Allen Properties Team, surrounded by and having the support of the best and most experienced agents in the industry.
